About our Soap

Most handmade soaps have a natural scent of some kind due to the fats used. We specialize in castile (oil) soaps with no added fragrances, so nearly all our soaps owe their scent to the way the ingredients react with each other in the soapmaking process. But how apparent is this scent?

After smelling very carefully, this is a scale of how much of a scent we felt our soaps had, with zero being none and 5 being strong enough to smell a foot away:

Coconut castile:   zero

Olive-Coconut castile:   1

Traditional Castile:   2

Goat's Milk & Honey castile:   3

Birch castile (added fragrance):   3

This is based on our personal judgment.
