We value your privacy as much as our own. Information given through purchases is used only for purchases and their delivery. We will never exchange to a third party any personal information or data that you have entered on this website.

Terms & Conditions

By using this site you accept the following terms and conditions.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

Minimum order to any domestic destination is $2.00

Minimum order to any overseas destination is $10.00

SALES & RETURNS:

We value your satisfaction, but also your ability to make informed choices. All sales are final. Except under the terms stipulated below, we do not accept returns.

REFUNDS: 

We stand by the quality and workmanship of our products. 

We will replace any items damaged in transit. Claims should be made within 14 days of receipt of goods and require sending back to the Julian Shop, at purchaser’s expense, the damaged goods in their original packaging. We retain the right to refuse refund or replacement.

SHIPPING: 

USPS is the normal means of shipping. We aim to post all orders within one week, but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please allow at least two weeks for domestic delivery and at least four weeks for international.

PAYMENT:

If payment is not received within eight weeks of the date of the placement of the order, the order will be cancelled.

CUSTOMS DUTY:

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the USA, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. 

SECURITY: 

No customer information is stored on this site. 

We are dedicated to the security of our website and servers. 

We vigilantly monitor access and install any security updates immediately. 

FRAUD:  

All orders are subject to acceptance. Checks and money orders are subject to acceptance by our bank. 

We retain the right to refuse any order which we know or suspect to be fraudulent. This right will be applied at the sole discretion of the Julian Shop and/or on the advice of our bank. If a payment has been taken for such an order the purchaser will be informed by E-mail and a full refund will be credited to the account.
