MINIMUM ORDERS:

Minimum order to any domestic (United States) destination is $2.00

Minimum order to any foreign destination is $10.00

HOURS OF OPERATION:

The Julian Shop is open from 8:00 AM—6:00 PM CST Monday through Saturday. Purchases and transactions made at other hours and times will be processed at the next possible opportunity.

The Shop may periodically be closed for longer periods and notice will be given on the Shop page in the event.

SALES & RETURNS:

We value your satisfaction, but also your ability to make informed choices. All sales are final. Except under the terms stipulated below, we do not accept returns.

REFUNDS:

We stand by the quality and workmanship of our products. We will replace any items damaged in transit. Claims should be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. We retain the right to refuse refund or replacement.

SHIPPING:

USPS is the normal means of shipping. We aim to post all orders within one week, but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please allow at least two weeks for domestic delivery and at least four weeks for international. In the case of ‘special orders’ please allow an additional four weeks for delivery to any destination.

CUSTOMS DUTY:

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the USA, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

BOOKSELLERS:

We offer a discount rate to booksellers. Please contact us by phone for our terms.

SECURITY:

No customer information is stored on this site.
We vigilantly monitor access and install any security updates immediately.

The Julian Shop does not sell or share your contact information or email address with anyone outside The Julian Shop.

The Julian Shop resides on dedicated servers (hardware) and is not shared with any entity outside the purview of The Julian Shop and the hosting company.

FRAUD:

All orders are subject to acceptance. Checks and money orders are subject to acceptance by our bank.
We retain the right to refuse any order which we know or suspect to be fraudulent. This right will be applied at the sole discretion of the Julian Shop and/or on the advice of our bank. If a payment has been taken for such an order the purchaser will be informed by E-mail and a full refund will be credited to the account.
